SUMMARY: Purely Elizabeth is seeking a Central Regional Sales Manager, responsible for building the brand in the natural, specialty and conventional channel through sales, promotions, and broker management. The CRM will report to the VP of Sales. This applicant must be a highly motivated, extremely organized, self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment and will play a key position in leading the growth of the company. This position will start January 1st. 

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Participate in overall sales strategy and execution of regional plan
  • Manage and expand product distribution within existing and new regional + smaller independent accounts 
  • Maximize sales in current accounts using key marketing resources and retail execution at store level
  • Keep thorough and up to date notes on all existing and target accounts
  • Develop, cultivate and manage key relationships with store buyers, distributor sales force and broker partners
  • Responsible for regional broker management, communication, and support
  • Work with VP of Sales to set sales monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for each broker and evaluate performance
  • Complete and assist in account paperwork

  • Resourceful and always looking for ways to learn and develop
  • Minimum of 5 years natural/ organic sales management or broker management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including the ability to manage priorities and work flow
  • Frequent travel necessary
  • Must live in the central US region
