Los Angeles based wellness and beverage brand is looking for a passionate, organized and energetic individual to join our team as a regional sales manager, helping to grow our footprint as we expand into the national marketplace.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience selling B2B in the food and beverage space and has a passion for organic and plant based food, products, the environment and wellness. This person is highly organized, strategic and is capable of maintaining the brand’s big picture vision while creating our regional sales strategy. They know how to streamline processes, be proactive and when necessary, creatively work outside of the box in order to thrive in our ever evolving startup environment. They will create the sales strategy for their region, which will initially include Los Angeles, Orange County and San Francisco They will create sales procedures and be responsible for successful implementation. They will proactively seek market growth opportunities. In this role, the regional sales manager will work with b2b buyers, their distribution network and the internal Good Mylk Co. team to expand the Good Mylk Co. footprint across all markets. They will liaise with marketing, kitchen production and company leadership to ensure smooth and efficient sales strategy execution.  

The Good Mylk Co. is headquartered in Marina Del Rey, but the role will require regular travel throughout Orange County and San Francisco. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

-Create and implement the blueprint for a market sales growth strategy, for the Los Angeles region, that will be duplicated in our other markets, first being San Francisco;

-Achieve annual sales goals and assure successful execution of sales strategy and marketing programs;

-Oversee and manage junior sales team members and ensure that they have all of the tools necessary to successfully implement the sales strategy;

-Grow sales and distribution at current accounts and generate business in new market channels including hotels, spas, coffee shops, fitness studios, etc.

-Work with leadership to develop effective brand stories to utilize in conjunction with sales strategy;

-Plan, organize and execute demo’s and other industry specific sales events with junior sales team members;

-Conduct market research by way of competitor’s activities as well as seek new business opportunities; 

-Perform other duties as assigned.


-Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, sales and marketing, communications or another related field;

-Minimum 5 years experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales;

-Detail oriented and highly organized;

-Ability to analyze, synthesize and input data into a CRM system;

-Past experience, and comfort, working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system;

-Ability to utilize the entire Microsoft suite including excel, Powerpoint and word;

-Team spirit with an emphasis on collaborative team efforts.
