Spudsy, Sweet Potato Puffs were born out of a strong desire to share the goodness of Sweet Potato’s, in a healthy snack platform. We have three delicious flavors that the entire family will love. We are Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Allergen Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan. We aim to be the leader in the better for you Puff category by building an incredible brand and team and making Spudsy available everywhere.
As the leader of our sales team, we expect outstanding sales leadership and contribution to the overall success of Spudsy. We are in launch mode and we need a leader that will collaborate with the current leadership team to add to our strategy, ensure its execution, manage the business like it’s yours and own this category.

Represent Spudsy with the highest level of shared Values and Contribution
5 to10 years of Salty Snack or comparable experience
Successfully launched healthy snack brands and considerably scaled them
Build and manage annual sales strategies, forecasting, and budgeting plans
Create and execute promotional activities to lead category growth
Manage all promotional spend, tracking, and ROI
Current and meaningful relationships with UNFI, KeHE and major national retail accounts
Lead and Manage internal and external sale teams
Manage distributor and retailer internal management systems
Strong broker network relationships and successful management
Compensation: Commensurate with experience – Inclusive of base salary, bonus, and benefits.
Location and Travel: Orange County, CA, but open to discuss. Must be willing to travel considerably.
