What You’ll Do:

  • You'll manage and grow Zest Tea's bagged tea business in the grocery channel

  • Identify, pitch, and close new grocery partners

  • Manage and grow existing grocery partner relationships. Land the additional placement off-shelf, get the retailer to pitch in on the TPR, sell in the 2 new SKU's

  • Plan, analyze, and optimize promotional strategy and spend to grow velocity

  • Build the playbook for launching and supporting new retail partners

  • Work with operations, marketing, and others to improve internal processes

  • Managing large company accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel.

  • Networking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities.

  • Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts.

  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.

  • Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.

  • Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts.

  • Taking a proactive approach to account management.

  • Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.

What you may have already done:

  • Worked for 2+ years in the food or beverage industry with a leading distributor, brand, or brokerage

  • Preferably have worked in account management and or sales. Marketing experience is a plus

  • Managed large company accounts and built relationships with key personnel

  • Built relationships / possess relationships that can immediately impact our business

  • Earned a bachelor's degree
