Several years ago, we had an idea to take sports and energy drinks into the 21st century with clean, natural ingredients and pure oxygen for accelerated recovery. We launched O2 out of the back of a car in 2014, and today we’re preparing to scale aggressively with Whole Foods and Kroger, the premier natural and mainstream grocery stores on the planet. We’re searching for someone to ensure our product continues to fly off the shelves at these key accounts, and we’re looking for a hard-working, people-loving, O2-drinking, fitness-training, team-playing rockstar to join our team full-time.

You will be solely responsible for getting product off the shelf at 56 MidAtlantic Whole Foods stores in 2019, primarily through a series of demo road-trips you conduct yourself over the course of the year. You’ll also be responsible for doing the same at select Kroger stores in that same region. We’ve been a fast-moving item at each of these retailers, and it’s your job to keep it that way as we scale. This job will involve A LOT of demos and travel (including weekends), so you should love sampling products you’re passionate about and being on the road. You’ll have days off, but they probably won’t include Saturdays (who wouldn’t love Mondays off?).
Further, you’ll also visit key fitness accounts while you’re out and about, often dropping in to do a workout alongside a class and sample O2 afterwards. This could be a CrossFit class, a spin session, or a yoga class - you’re down for whatever and always looking for a fun total body challenge.
Finally, you’ll work closely with our broker and distribution partners to ensure they’re doing all they can to support sales at your stores, and you’ll be attached at the hip to our marketing team to provide the “feet on the street” muscle they need to execute in the market. Think events like The CrossFit Games or Expo East (you love that type of stuff).
You’ll work from home but won’t be afraid to travel often - these demos aren’t going to conduct themselves, and you’ll be the best person out there to be slinging O2 (over time, you’ll create and manage a Brand Ambassador team, but to start with it will just be you). You’ll love working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and you’ll embrace the accountability that comes with it because it will give you the chance to show how well you can perform. You work well on your own and with other team members, and you’re a natural with people. You’re probably one of the most charming people your friends have ever met, and you’re definitely one of the most hard-working people they know. You may or may not have a background in sales, but you’re going to love this sales job because it won’t feel like a job - you’ll be selling a product you love to people who lead a similar active/healthy lifestyle as you do.
