In this role, you will build everlasting relationships with new and existing customers. Maybe you have impressive experience doing this for other brands? You will be in the driver’s seat for account management, strategic planning, and increasing our sales across the nation. Basically, we need you to take the Siete seedlings, and do your Johnny/Jane/Jimbo Appleseed, and plant them across the country.
What can ya’ do? It just comes naturally to you to be uber delightful and intentional to customers and clients. Your sincerity speaks for itself.
You’re a critical thinker when it comes to the big picture and the nitty gritty. You can analyze data to better inform your decisions with one eye closed.
You’re not afraid to get up in front of people and wow them with your mad people skills and killer presentations. What a charmer.
You have a Sales forward attitude and superb communication skills. Some might say you’re a sales superhero.
You have a positive attitude and a Can-Do-Personality with very strong relationship building skills. You can also build a tasty tostada tower.
You have worked with sales systems such as Nielsen and IRI. And you just looove to brag about it.
Attending trade shows and regular travel excites you.

What you will do:
Manage promotional pricing, distributor impact, and account specific events.
Understand and align brand strategies with account plans
Increase current partnerships in assigned channel
Develop and maintain impactful relationships in your assigned channel, including potential partners
Act as liaison and main point of contact with customers
Manage distributor communication to company and sales managers
Contact and schedule appointments with the conventional grocery channel customers
Manage key accounts to ensure distribution, ordering, programming, brand familiarity
Achieve revenue targets, new item launch goals, and seize opportunities
Examine and report back on market conditions and events, customer issues and competitive intelligence
Drive activities in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products
5 years experience in the conventional grocery OR mass club channels
Previous Sales Manager experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or other related fields preferred
Experience managing conventional grocery OR mass club channel brokers and distributors, plus existing knowledge of the customers (including their needs and trends), distributors, brokers, etc
