Ola Brew is Hawai'i Island's newest craft brewery that is 'aina inspired and crafted with pride. We are looking to expand our wholesale accounts on Oahu and want to bring on an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven team member. This individual will be an integral part of launching our draft sales program on Oahu, continue to build positive relationships with our current and new accounts and create new opportunities for sales. 

A successful Ola Brew sales representative is passionate about the Ola's mission and brand, takes accountability to ensure Ola Brew products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution. 

Qualifications: 
-Strong knowledge of and passion for craft beer, the industry, and its retail customers
-Minimum 2 years of beer, wine, or cider sales experience is preferred
-Preferred Cicerone Beer Server Certification 
-Great team player
-Proven sales track record
-Computer literate with basic Excel 
-organizational skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Goal-oriented; self-sufficient
-Clean driving record 
-Able to travel and work weekend events
-Able to lift at 60lbs

Responsibilities:

Account Relations
-Maintain consistent market presence across primary market
-Create and maintain relationships with on and off-premise accounts, grow sales in existing accounts
-Educate distributor reps about our product and pricing information
-Ensure correct shelf pricing 
-Ensure best shelf space and communicate with distribution reps

New Accounts
-Identify strong potential accounts
-Approach new accounts with product information and samples
-Keep detailed notes on contact information and status of each potential new account
-Follow through on sales opportunities with management, distributors and their sales representatives
-Ability to close sales opportunities

Sales/Account Management
-Responsible for weekly sales recaps
-Keep organized notes and files on all accounts and contacts

Brand Ambassador
-Be a good representative of Ola Brew Co. through professional and positive interactions with customers, other breweries, and accounts
-Continuing beer education for accounts and consumers alike
-Educate the public and wholesale accounts on Ola Brew Co products and company 
-Attend industry events to represent Ola Brew Co and network within the industry

This Sales Representative will work directly with CEO, President and Sales Manager to meet sales goals.
