POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will own the ultimate measure of success for Cece’s Veggie Co - our sales velocity at retail.  Responsible for growing and managing Cece’s nationwide retail brand presence, including developing, executing, tracking and analyzing the performance of in-store demo and couponing programs and brand collaborations. The marketing manager will work closely with the sales team to support sales goals and develop creative in-store campaigns that grow Cece’s presence while maintaining consistent and accurate branding and messaging across channels. This role will also work with 3rd party vendors to develop and manage a robust, nationwide field team that is well-versed to deliver on-brand in-store programs to drive trial and ultimately increase sales on a consistent basis.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with sales to continually track, analyze, and impact sales velocity

  • Drives retail trials and promotional calendars with in-store marketing events and brand collaborations

  • Consistently grows, enhances and improves brand presence at the store level, including creating merchandising materials to be used on-shelf and at the point of sale

  • Provides support, tools, and direction for field representatives to grow brand awareness and drive velocity at store level

  • Leads physical and digital coupon program including working with sales and operations teams to manage on-package IRCs and other merchandising opportunities, implementing tracking tools and deliver regular ROI and velocity analysis to the teams

  • Coordinates and facilitates all aspects of trade shows, sales shows, and SUSTA membership responsibilities

  • Manages and develops all sales materials including selling deck, sell sheets, merchandising materials, and renderings as needed

  • Coordinates and manages branded goods and materials including premiums, sales wearables, and buyer gifts

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work with upper management to improve overall performance

  • Ability to understand and manage accurate and consistent branding across channels

  • Ability to to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, carry and lift items weighing up to 45 pounds
