The Area Sales Manager is a full-time position rewarded for achieving sales targets and additional objectives. This position will develop Houston, Austin, San Antonio and areas in-between. Occasional travel is required in other areas of the state. This position will better our relationships with all stakeholders (retailers, distributors, brokers and other partners).

Wanu Water is the 2nd fastest growing brand in enhanced beverage category. We innovated a new bottled water segment by adding 24% of your daily fiber, 10 essential nutrients with a splash of natural flavor in every bottle while you hydrate. We’ve embarked on creating a new $4 Billion water segment as 75% of adults are fiber deficient. We solve consumers unmet needs which result in new revenue streams for our retailers, distributors and brokers. We are headquartered in Los Angeles and currently sell in 6,000+ stores throughout the country.

Position Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities for this outside sales role include, but are not limited to:
Primary Duty: Engage in Outside Sales in Stores and Other Locations
-Gaining new grocery and other retail accounts
-Growing current account sales through regular sales store visits/sales calls
-Selling displays to current accounts
-Selling to consumers when visiting accounts
- Meet and exceed distributor volume objectives
-Sell to retail chain directors, store managers and support staff
-Route planning and travel incidental to sales activities
-Creating sales decks and promotional materials to boost territory sales
Other Duties Incidental to Sales
-Demonstrating product while making sales calls
-Making product easy to buy and increasing sales by
-Ensuring shelf is stocked with product and rotated
-Cutting in of new products on shelves
-Develop sales promotion ideas
-Provide current market trends and report competitive activities

Candidates with 3 years or more of professional beverage selling experience will only be considered
Candidates are required to live in the Houston metro area
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) candidate preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
Valid Driver’s License required
Lift 40 pounds
Understanding the 3 tier distribution network
This position will be home based.
