What You Will Do:

CAULIPOWER is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support all supply chain responsibilities related to newly commercialized products. This person will be assigned co-manufacturers to manage the products produced at those facilities. Additional responsibilities will include forecast analysis to determine productions, inventory management, production communication and coordination, including consistent follow-up, tracking, and documentation. Analysis is an important component of this position, including pulling the necessary information to be able to plan appropriately, as well as running scenarios and modeling. We are looking for someone with an interest in operations and supply chain management with strong communication skills and attention to detail to manage on going production and work closely with our warehouse and customer service team to ensure all customers’ needs are met. As we continue to develop new products this position will expand and evolve. Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key suppliers 
  • Work with co-packer to manage production dates, order accuracy, and execution 
  • Place production orders - ordering ingredients, managing lead times and validating pricing 
  • Procure raw materials and packaging for production 
  • Inventory management, reconciliation, and analysis – comparing stock to forecast 
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure on-time, full delivery 
  • Calculate and compile order-related metrics and prepare reports for management 
  • Demand planning support and analysis 
  • Confer with production, sales, shipping, warehousing, or carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments 
  • Support special projects as needed 

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management or related field preferred) 
  • 2-3 years’ professional work experience 
  • Experience working with manufacturing required 
  • Procurement experience a plus 
  • Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision 
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability: forecasting and inventory analysis, pulling information and drawing inferences. 
  • Experience developing and implementing processes/procedures 
  • Strong Excel skills required and previous ERP experience a plus 
  • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and have exceptional communication skills 
  • Ability to build solid working relationships both internally and externally a must 
  • Planning and/or purchasing experience a plus
