Wildcard Brewing Co. is seeking an Area Sales Rep to maintain established accounts as well as expand growth for our brewery. Position to be based out of our new tasting room location in Albany, CA. This position will oversee day to day sales and delivery to bars, restaurants and retailers within the greater East Bay Area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute a quarterly Sales Plan that identifies specific targets/goals and strategies.
Identify potential key accounts, and develop a plan to establish new business.
Schedule and attend industry events, local/community events and tradeshows to showcase our beers.
Conduct training's, beer tastings, beer dinners and other promotional events at on and off premise locations.
Be responsible for the allocation and use of all point-of-sale materials.
Educate accounts about our beers, quality and proper storage, brewing process, history of business and owner’s story so that they are well equipped to sell our beer.
Maintain Salesforce database with account calls. Track visits/progress and enter new account information.
Develop and maintain close relationships with key accounts both on- and off-premise.
Be familiar with draft system dynamics and have the ability to troubleshoot when necessary.
Send availability list out to accounts on a weekly basis and manage working inventory though direct communication with brewery staff.
Work with Brewery to manage calendar of new beer releases and keep accounts updated.
Maintain good records and write invoices for ordered product. Follow up on payments when necessary.
Maintain delivery schedule and create efficient routes for best possible service.
Regularly audit accounts to track missing keg shells.

Candidates must demonstrate examples of being a self-starter and possess strong organizational skills as they will be required to work from a home office.
This job requires an excellent work ethic, passion for good beer, knowledge of breweries and beer styles.
Qualified candidates must live in greater East Bay area.
A minimum of 2 years total alcohol industry related experience or sales experience required.
Must be able to lift 35-lb cases and maneuver and place 165-lb kegs.
Extensive car travel is required. Must have reliable transportation.
The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license free of any major violations.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Position will earn a base annual salary with eligibility for earning monthly commission (no cap). Position includes company issued credit card with budget for spending, company vehicle for sales/delivery use, as well as subsidy for cell phone, parking and toll fees, etc. Position to accrue paid time off
