This role is responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our current on-premise and off-premise account base and finding new customers whose businesses will benefit from carrying our products. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years experience and solid process-oriented organizational skills, along with a team-oriented mindset to grow this new business to the next level.


  • Passion and knowledge of the craft beer and spirits industry and desire for continued knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales position

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent teamwork, self motivation, and the ability to work independently

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Top-notch time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks



  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts

  • Grow existing volume by creating impactful long-term relationships

  • Grow both on- and off-premise account base in assigned territories

  • Achieve or exceed weekly sales goals

  • Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls

  • Ensure all contacts are kept up to date on new products

  • Be educated and knowledgeable on all products and Interboro’s story

  • Build brand awareness and uphold brand standards at all times

  • Follow up with accounts to ensure that products are represented, stored, and served according to our standards


  • Be self-directed and decisive

  • Be a key contributor in building a culture of teamwork and open communication

  • Be constantly learning to stay on top of beer and spirits knowledge

  • Always be looking for ways to improve, both personally and organizationally

  • Be highly organized and detail oriented
