 Job Summary


The Director of National Accounts heads the strategy and sales execution for all West Coast accounts. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this position will own and drive all business relationships with major retail chain customers throughout our distribution footprint. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing all channel strategies, pricing guidelines, channel analysis and all Reed’s brand sales initiatives.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet and exceed annual new and existing customer revenue and profit targets
  • Manage all relationships with retail customers both directly and through brokers
  • Develop and execute distribution and merchandizing of new products within customer’s timeline
  • Partner with Sales Leadership Team on pricing
  • Analyze ROI on marketing and promotional activities and campaigns
  • Develop annual revenue volume, and promotional spend strategy for each retail account

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive business experience with CPG and beverage
  • Experience partnering with CPG brokers
  • Grocery and Club channel experience
  • Demonstrated experience owning P and L
  • Travel required- 50%
