Job Summary
Biscayne Bay Brewing is seeking  Sales Representatives to manage the brand in our Palm Beach/ Broward / Dade  Markets by gaining sales & distribution as well as increasing brand visibility and product awareness. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key on and off-premise accounts, securing new distribution, and working closely with our wholesale partners in the assigned territory. 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities 
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Seeking new on & off premise distribution
• Calling on & managing relationships with existing key accounts
• Executing promotions, events, & samplings to build brand awareness and gain distribution
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with account staff and wholesale partners
• Administrative responsibilities – reporting & communications completed in timely basis
• Maintain all sales goals & personal budgets outline to you and your territory
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications
• Proactive, positive attitude
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Results driven, entrepreneurial spirit, decisive, and action-oriented
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Analytic & strategic planning skills
• Prior experience with beer/wine sales required
• Strong oral communication & persuasion skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Computer software skills – VIP iDig/KarmaNotes, Microsoft Office Suite, GoogleDrive, LilyPad
• Appreciation for great beer
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record, and reliable registered & insured vehicle – as well as ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
• Willingness to travel
• Cicerone or other beer certification preferred
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• MUST LIVE IN TERRITORY
