Crazy Mountain Brewing Company is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position’s primary responsibility is the management and oversight of all sales administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. You will provide support to sales representatives and be the main point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and prospects.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales, customer service best practices, and enterprise resource planning systems. You will be required to interpret sales metrics and assist with sales strategies. We expect you to thrive in a small team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    • Coordinate sales orders with VP of Sales
    • Manage and oversee inventory transfers
    • Utilize ERP reporting systems to track sales trends
    • Quality control of ERP sales processes
    • Develop and monitor KPIs
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assistance with expense reports and payroll tasks
    • Scheduling monthly sales team meetings
    • Preparing samples for sales team, including shipments to out-of-state suppliers
    • Coordination with distributors and customers
    • Develop and maintain detailed written facility policies, standards and procedures (SOP) within
  • Sales Marketing Liaison
    • Serve as point of contact for Sales Team marketing needs
    • Coordinate with Marketing Manager for Sales Team requests
    • Manage and coordinate festivals (will be required to work some weekend festivals during busy season)
  • Sales Support
    • Manage and implement customer database (CRM) within ERP or otherwise
    • Provide communication support, data, and guides for Sales Team in field
    • Work with Marketing Manager on monthly newsletter and implement email campaign for business-to-business
    • Assist with the generation of sales leads
    • Tailor sales strategies based on available data
    • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
  • General
    • Inspire and maintain a strong team culture
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with other management staff and departments
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business Management, Information Systems & Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Business Economics preferred
  • Proven work experience in sales, customers service, or related sales support role
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM system
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skill are required as this will be a team environment with a great deal of interdepartmental coordination
  • Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in diverse environments, flexible hours with some weekend shifts
