Regional Account Manager with fast growing CPG company

Location: Houston, TX - Midtown/Montrose area

MALK Organics is the leading premium brand in the Plant based Dairy Alternative category.  We are expanding our sales force to drive growth into new accounts as well as maximize MALK’s potential within current retail accounts.

We are looking for experienced individuals to drive sales and expand our brand into new markets as well as maintain current placements.  Applicants should be process driven and understand how to use data to tell a very clear story to buyers and grocery teams.

Duties will include

  • Maintaining key accounts and filling voids

  • Growing brand presence within existing accounts

  • Aggressively pursuing new opportunities

  • Creating and submitting promotional plans to drive sales

  • Managing brokers and merchandising teams

  • Manage budgets and expenses for sales activities.

  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results (ROI)

  • Direct and coordinate company national key account sales functions.

  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.


  • 1-3+ years of related experience

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Docs

  • Sales experience - CPG experience preferred.

  • Proven success in sales and account management

  • The ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment.

  • Must be able to work remotely.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and smartphone.
