We are looking for a contagiously enthusiastic and self-driven mover and shaker who knows a lot about beer and wants to get in on the ground floor of a quickly growing and national award winning brewery. Diverse skill set desired and marketing/graphic design capabilities a huge plus.  The Driver Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for growing sales in the designated territories. This includes events, securing orders from new and existing customers, establishing and maintaining customer relations, merchandising product to maximize sales, providing accurate and timely delivery of the product to customers, and managing orders and returns. This position has the ability to develop into a full time sales representative (no delivery component) once the territories are further developed and may have some taproom and marketing responsibilities.




  • Plan and execute events, tastings and product promotions to maximize sales & support accounts.  You will be the face of the brand!   
  • Establish relationship with appropriate manager at each account

  • Coordinate with customer the best location for displays in order to maximize sales

  • Coordinate with customer to secure additional displays & add events

  • Audit accounts for product mix and inventory

  • Make suggestions & taste customer on additional product items available

  • Project/Forecast customer orders with the use of various software tools

  • Secure customer orders for products according to customer expectations

  • Utilize sales tools on daily basis (i.e., Ekos, Vip/iDig, etc.)

  • Set-up and maintain sales displays to ensure that they are positioned in appropriate locations and are clean at all times

  • Effective accounts receivable collections

  • Identify potential new accounts and work with Sales Management to secure relationship

    Product Delivery

  • Load delivery vehicle with appropriate product counts and varieties for the established delivery schedule and territory

  • Safely drive and operate company provided delivery vehicle (van)

  • Deliver accurate product orders to customers by the agreed upon delivery time

  • Execute proof of delivery requirements to allow for collection of account receivables

  • Ability to operate a hand truck and lift up to 150 lbs (50L kegs)

    Safety and Sanitation

  • Comply with all safety and sanitation standards

  • Maintain good personal hygiene

  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times

  • Drive safely and abide all appropriate traffic rules and regulations

  • Maintain a clean vehicle at all times

  • Maintain clean sales displays

  • Report all moving violations and accidents involving injury or property damage immediately

    Vehicle Maintenance

  • Utilize the Vehicle Inspection and Damage Report Form to perform routine maintenance checks as required

  • Keep company vehicle clean

  • Perform basic maintenance such as checking the oil

  • Report any vehicle maintenance concerns to management


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Passion for craft beer but, not snobby about beer, willing to get Cicerone Certified (company paid)

  • 2-3 years of direct beverage sales experience preferred but willing to train the RIGHT person

  • Knowledge and compliance of legal requirements regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages

  • Must be highly organized, have attention to detail and good time management ability

  • Must have business acumen and keen negotiating skills

  • Considered a "closer" and can provide evidence to support direct sales achievements

  • Graphic Design & Marketing experience HUGE PLUS 

  • Valid and clean driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation


    Salary + Commission Commensurate with Experience
