Power Nation is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to help further the company’s mission by taking on the role of Territory Manager for Clutch Energy Drink.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager directly impacts overall business with key distributors, retailers, and—most importantly—the customers. The Territory Manager will report to the General Sales Manager and be responsible for the results in a given market area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Distributor Support to drive sales and distribution of the brand in all channels
  • Retail store visits – monitoring the execution
  • Retailer Key Account calls – present, direct sell and work with key accounts to facilitate growth
  • Route Rides with sales teams – coaching, leading and training the front-line sales teams on effective selling/cold calling practices
  • Prepare and Present to Clutch distributors, customers and management
  • Travel 35%-65% - with possible additional travel expected due to business needs. Some over nights and flights possible
  • Manage budget and report overall sales and margin results as directed

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Have a good driving record and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Located in Wisconsin, Milwaukee or Madison preferred; Northern Illinois possible

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary based on 50 hours a week with some nights and weekends, depending on business needs

Bonus structure and vacation time are included, plus holiday time off
