Human Resources Administrator

LHBCo has an exciting opportunity within our Human Resources Department. This person will assist the Director of Human Resources with the day-to-day people needs at a rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will have the chance to grow within the company and will develop exposure to a wide array of HR related areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen candidates for hire for minimum qualifications
  • Internally track all incoming applicants in company database
  • Schedule interviews and handle full cycle of interview follow up
  • Execute background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Help coordinate employee on-boarding and new hire schedules
  • Work with the HR Director on the maintenance of our company handbook
  • Assist with the collection of bi-weekly payroll information
  • Liaise with multiple departments on incoming requests and needs
  • Perform compliance audits on internal HR systems
  • Partner with the HR Director to facilitate special projects involving team development and culture
  • Project based work as needed
  • Serve as main point of contact in the event the HR Director is off-site or out of office
  • Where needed assist with Human Resource’s commitment to a safe workplace
  • Performs administrative tasks as required including scheduling travel for candidates

Qualifications:
At a minimum, candidates for the Human Resources Administrator must have the following qualifications:

  • Human Resources Management or Business related degree
  • Experience in a Human Resources/Recruiting related role
  • A passion for craft beer a huge plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites
