We are looking for a new Operations/Supply Chain guru. Must be able to work in a fast paced - start up culture. This person will lead operations day to day as well as help us implement new processes as we scale.  We are based in the Raleigh area, some beverage operations experience is preferred and a base level of operations experience in with a CPG brand is required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong vendor partnership via 
• Innovating - new packaging options, screen printed cans, staying in front of trends and bringing ideas back to the team
• Improving our payment terms and order lead times
• Cost reduction initiatives
• Lead the way on increasing production and operational efficiencies
• Oversee product control and order processing and planning future capacity needs
• Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met
• Deliver and fulfilling objectives and directions from the CEO
• Effectively communicate with other departments, staff groups and customers
• Respond to and dealing with internal and external customer communications
• Provide reporting and statistics on a weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment


• Experience in Food/ Beverage Manufacturing preferred  
• Leadership experience in a operations/production environment 
• Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions 
• Ability to analyze & solve problems, results oriented – relentless drive to get things done
• Able to work under deadline and high stake pressure
• Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change 
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Optimistic and positive thinker
• Desire to be part of a team trying to change the way people think about healthy beverages

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field. 
• 2 – 5 years relevant work experience in the consumer products industry
