AREA SALES MANAGER

Description

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for product placement, inventory, revenue and wholesaler management and gaining new points of distribution in the assigned geography while supporting the entire FIFCO USA portfolio brand strategy. The ASM will work with their wholesaler network to increase volume in on and off premise accounts while effectively executing various brand programs and promotions. The ASM will support the District Manager in targeted pricing and promotional opportunities by maintaining an understanding of competitor activity and pricing. 

As a brewery sales representative, the ASM is expected to be the authority on product knowledge, brand positioning and programming in the marketplace. The role will be responsible for bringing the brand strategy to life at the point of connection with the consumer.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or sales related function with at least 1 year of adult beverage experience 
  • Wholesaler management experience a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license without any alcohol-related offenses
  • Must be able to drive long distances regularly
  • Must be able to lift 35 lb. cases, 165 lb. kegs and various point-of-sale boxes on a regular basis
  • Must be able to successfully pass a hair drug screen as well as a background check
  • Must be able to work outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends

 

RETAIL ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Description:

The Retail Account Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the on and off premise strategy set against a list of targeted accounts within a marketplace for the entire FIFCO USA (formerly North American Breweries) portfolio. Charged with increasing the availability and visibility of FIFCO USA brands through obtaining specific objectives within each account, the RAS is expected to grow volume, presence and influence in the trade. As a brewery field sales representative, the RAS is expected to be the authority on product knowledge, brand positioning and programming in the marketplace. The role will be responsible for bringing the brand strategy to life at the point of connection with the consumer. 

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
