We’re what happens when you brew tea like a craft beer. Unexpected, yet surprisingly familiar. A new way to experience hops. Starting at a summer of farmers’ markets in May of 2018, we’ve quickly expanded to a brewery and taproom in Boulder, CO. What a year! From winning the New Beverage Showdown at BevNet Live to the Nexty Award at Expo West for Best New RTD Beverage and now launching nationwide with a great retail partner, it has been an amazing ride! What You Will Do:

As an integral part of the Hoplark team, the Marketing Director will have ownership of the marketing and branding strategy and execution across multiple channels. You will have true ownership over the Hoplark brand and will be deeply engaged with our vision. Responsibilities: 

  • Own and develop the brand strategy; assist in brand story development and maintaining brand assets 
  • Lead and execute marketing strategy across all channels 
  • Develop a social media strategy and implementation plan as part of the overall brand strategy 
  • Identify and prioritize audiences for the brand to target for engagement and develop the brand’s audience and consumers 
  • Engage and collaborate with influencers who are passionate about our brand 
  • Manage and maintain content creation and strategy for the website, social media, email, blog, newsletter and other content channels 
  • Develop and manage marketing budget and monitor costs 
  • Manage service providers, including consultants, freelancers, and agencies 
  • Collaborate with sales on promotion activities and other materials 
  • Collaborate with team on designing and executing events

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
  • 6-10 years’ experience with branding, social media, and digital marketing strategies 
  • Prior success in a marketing leadership role in a high-growth CPG company 
  • Creative, out of the box thinker with prior experience leading and developing cutting-edge branding and marketing strategies 
  • Superior strategic planning and execution capabilities 
  • Must be a self-starter and independent worker 
  • Extremely flexible and adapts well to change; ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment 
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented 
  • A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and startup culture
