Marketing Coordinator - Premium Vodka Brand Team

Job Description  

Legacy Marketing is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic team. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities from budgeting to general brand management to project management, while also providing administrative support.  


Key Responsibilities: 

· Coordinates content details and the production process for assets and presentations 

· Orders and coordinates product for executions 

· Lead coordination and execution of brand sponsored Happy Hour events 

· Ensures legal and compliance requirements for marketing initiatives and campaigns 

· Works with the creative team to help deliver content for various brand initiatives 

· Monitor marketing industry news and submit weekly newsletter on team activities and emerging trends 

· Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks 

· Coordinates feedback on collateral, campaigns, etc. from multiple internal stakeholders, organizes comments and delivers clear and accurate direction back to the agency 

· Help support deployment of conversion playbook sales/field facing marketing materials 

· Sets up new vendors in APO system; creates and processes POs, and APO program codes for invoice payment 

· Supports brand teams in budget management and spend tracking  

· Works on maintaining accuracy of the fiscal year programming calendar 

· Update marketing sell sheets and tools  

· Manages logistics of food, meeting rooms for on and off-site events 



Experience, Qualifications, and Skills required: 

· 3+ years’ relevant experience 

· Must be proactive and self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. 

· Ability to multi-task while still being detail oriented 

· Sense of urgency and sound judgment  

· Established problem solving skills 

· Team player with the ability to work outside of the job description when needed 

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills 

· Experience with digital content and general asset management Bachelor’s Degree in associated field, or equivalent experience
