The Marketing Director will lead planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns nationwide, as well as localized activations. You will own and lead all aspects of the brand and marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of brand management as well as the ability to execute at all levels. Previous experience should include CPG marketing campaigns, market research, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations to drive business goals. A thorough, analytic skill set will be required to assess efficacy of marketing and drive refined strategies through data-driven results. 

• Lead creative omni-channel brand and content marketing strategy to bring the Marquis brand to life across Trade, Social, Advertising, and Experiential
• Create and manage content for Marquis-owned communication channels, including website, social media, and e-commerce store
• Establish strategic partnerships with partners, organizations and influencers to help drive awareness, trial and growth for Marquis
• Oversee event and field marketing team, including one direct report and growing team of brand representatives in key markets
• Manage third-party vendors, partners and agencies, serving as main point of contact for all marketing partnerships
• Collaborate and support sales team with customer opportunities, event participation requests, sampling needs, marketing communication, etc.
• Oversee and manage development of sales, marketing and promotional materials
• Plan, manage and execute company presence at events
• Measure and create reports of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
• Create reports for Executive team on strategy, effectiveness, and budget of marketing initiatives

• 5+ years of experience running successful marketing campaigns across Trade, Social, Advertising, and Experiential channels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 
• 5+ years of direct managerial experience leading an efficient marketing team
• Experience defining new business strategies, planning and executing with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to excellence
• Track record of developing highly engaged online communities around shared interests or lifestyles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media applications
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
