What You Will Do: 

We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. This role will be responsible for resolving all inbound customer service issues across email, phone, chat, and social media. You’ll engage our customers directly, so it is imperative to channel CAULIPOWER’s brand voice with each interaction. Responsibilities: 

  • Address and resolve all customer service inquiries and issues in a timely manner 
  • Must be able to think strategically and make recommendations 
  • Ability to look for creative solutions to challenging issues 
  • Proactively make recommendations on how to improve our commitment to customers 
  • Help develop and implement customer service processes and procedures 
  • Oversee the relationship with our customer service software platform to help manage, track, and organize customer service interactions across all platforms 
  • Identify trends with customer service issues and escalate to the appropriate team members

This position is full-time, it may require some weekend and after hours support to catch any urgent items in business-critical periods of time. Requirements: 

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing role 
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills 
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset 
  • Highly motivated, positive, and team-oriented 
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office and Google docs 
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, continually changing, entrepreneurial environment
