Develop and direct all Sales and Marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the brand, report image and positioning in comparison to other similar products. The Brand Manager is in charge and held accountable for the Business Unit in its entirety, including but not limited to product costs, sales and distribution efforts, marketing plan forecasts and the brand’s own human resources.

The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, quick, accurate and can provide creative decision-making in order to advance the brand. It is expected that the Brand Manager accomplishes all brand goals according to the approved plan by the Sales Director and CEO. 

Travel across the U.S., perhaps internationally, is required depending on the brand’s growth needs and development.


Own product innovation

Create Brand strategy – image, identity, reasons to believe

Create sales and marketing collateral and develop brand communication

Plan and budget advertising & promotional campaigns 

Identify distribution channels

Execute pricing strategies

Forecasts: P&Ls, Budgets, Inventory levels

Reporting: Sales, Operations, Activities

Develop and maintain personnel within the Brand
