  • Role and Responsibilities
    This position is responsible for continuing the development of the 3 Stars Brewing Company brand and continuing to grow the retail and on-premise presence in D.C. 
  • Work closely with key wholesaler and retailers to reach sales goals.
  • Work within the territory to develop meaningful relationships that keep 3 Stars Brewing Company at the forefront in the market.
  • Obtain new business through draft and package placements at new on- and off-premise accounts, and increasing business in existing key accounts.
  • Improve and develop the visibility of 3 Stars beers in the marketplace, including the coordination and execution of events, activations, placements, tastings, and promotions throughout the territory.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to strategize continued growth
  • Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Use CRM software to track activities and follow up with accounts.
  • Qualified applicants should have a superior passion for the craft beer industry with a desire to learn and develop with a dynamic and growing leader in the craft beer scene.
  • College Degree preferred, but not necessary
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record
  • 5 years of work experience in the hospitality or alcohol industry
  • Craft beer market knowledge and desire to deepen that knowledge
  • Residence in the D.C. area a must
  • Night and weekend availability is a component of the job.
