Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. is seeking a Division Manager to head up the Midwest Division. The Division Manager will work out of their home and will ideally be located somewhere in the Midwest. They will be responsible for a geographic territory covering the Midwest (Great Lakes Region).


Achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals within the framework of the company’s overall business objectives; develop and execute growth plans for all major existing and prospective customers; develop pricing strategies for assigned division; target, prospect, and develop key brew accounts, maintain existing customers; monitor, report, and address competitive and industry activity; perform and arrange all technical service support for assigned accounts; attend and/or make presentations at trade shows, festivals and regional meetings; manage new item projects with cross-functional team.


Must be enthusiastic, have a passion for craft beer, be customer driven, results orientated, and have the energy it takes to manage a large Division.

Candidates must have Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills with a history of consistently achieving goals. Related ingredients sales, marketing, and field experience preferred. Ability to read and speak Spanish a plus.

Must be able to work from your home.

*             In-Network: $0 exam / $130 allowance for frames / $0 lenses / $120 allowance for contact lenses

*       Current Weekly Cost: Included in Health Cost        


*             Effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment

*             Deductions are taken pre-tax

*             Amount Allowed for Medical                                          $2,700 per calendar year

*             Amount Allowed for Dependent Care             $5,000 per calendar year

*             Up to $500 may be rolled over into the next year

*             $450 Company Contribution after 1 year


*             Effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment

*             $300 per week for 26 weeks (1st day after injury / 8th day after illness)

*               60% of your salary up to $8,000 per month

*               180-day elimination period (covered under Short-Term Disability)
