Job Summary

We are looking for relentless, resourceful and experienced sales and market management individuals to fulfill the role of State Manager position. Supporting distributor partners, building relationships with retail customers in both off and on premise and calling on top C-Store chain and large On-Premise buyers within your territory.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive significant growth with State business development.

  • Execute short and long-term sales objectives and strategies for market.

  • Maintain a distributor footprint for your entire sales area.

  • Ensure inventory levels and forecasting is adequate for each distributor.

  • Schedule and conduct distributor meetings with management and sales team. Educate sales team of brand standards to optimize sales performance.

  • Create a targeted plan for your market with C-Store, Liquor Store and On Premise and communicate to each distributor.

  • Develop new accounts and conduct off and on-premise promotions.

  • Create a call frequency with market visits and market ride withs. 

  • Present and maintain call frequency with C-Store buyers in your sales area.

  • Present and maintain call frequency with large on-premise accounts in your sales area.

  • Submit a weekly account report including monthly calendar and sales planner.


  • 4-year degree preferred.

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Looking for candidates with 8 years of beverage experience holding multiple sales and management positions. 

  • Have distributor network knowledge and contacts in the State in which your applying.

  • Must resident in the State in which your applying.
