SURFWATER,  a Lifestyle start-up Water Brand and already the country’s leading Aluminum Bottled Water company, is looking for enthusiastic, equipped, and experienced sales professionals to join our San Diego & Los Angeles sales teams!

As a SURFWATER Brand Sales Rep you will be responsible for building and increasing distribution and daily sales of our SURFWATER SKU's.

This is an out of Van sales position and our Teams need to drive, open and sell to accounts  cases on the spot. (need to be able to carry a few cases here :) 

Managing your own territory, you will present and sell on the spot a fantastic product into such accounts as: surf shops, coffee shops, souvenir shops, hotels, tourist destinations, markets etc..

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, goal and result oriented individual who takes his/her job very seriously and wants to make a career at a trailblazing, fast-growing start-up company and lifestyle brand!

It is important that you can quickly establish relationships and generate excitement around a great, mission-driven product.

Deliverables of the SURFWATER Brand Sales Rep:


·      Wins new businesses day in day out, by determining focus areas within territory

·      Executes plan to achieve strategic direction of territory

·      Maximizes the POS/Visibility exposure in each SURFWATER listed account

·      Prepares reports on time in a neat, reliable, and professional manner

·      Is THE BOSS of her/his own territory with entrepreneurial eyes to seek out new opportunities and make things happen!



·      Minimum of 3 years out in the field sales experience (Beverage)

·      Bachelor's degree

·      Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan effective sales call daily

·      Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

·      This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR

·      Weekend work required at times (Event support and special sales events like trade shows)

·      Loves the CALIFORNIA LIFESTYLE and is willing to work hard and deliver outstanding results for great bucks
