POSITION OVERVIEW


ROKiT Drinks is a rapidly growing company that owns a portfolio that includes ABK Beer, our 700-year-old Brewery in Germany; Bogarts Spirits; and our own tequila distillery in Mexico. 

The National Marketing Director provides support to all of ROKiT Drinks alcohol brands in each of our markets nationwide. This position is responsible for brand oversight and effective marketing of all products. The Director also oversees the branding and marketing budget. This position reports to the CEO of ROKiT Drinks.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • In coordination with the CEO, develop and execute brand plans for each market, including innovative long-term growth strategies;

  • In coordination with the CEO, create and execute short-term and long-term brand growth strategies in all categories (Tequila, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Whiskey, and beer.);

  • Work closely with each team in each of our markets to develop the above strategies;

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message;

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, making necessary changes to increase consumer utilization;

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;

  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates;

  • Create, measure, and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities;

  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities;

  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions;

  • Propose and utilize approved department budgets for day-to-day execution;

  • Select and manage third-party brand management relationships to ensure quality and budget expectations are met;


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field;

  • Eight or more years of progressive business management and leadership experience including marketing or brand management;

  • Experience developing brand and marketing strategies and communicating recommendations to executives;

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns;

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix;

  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional and highly confidential corporate environment;

  • Uncompromised commitment to the highest level of confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities;

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and a willingness to be constantly challenged;

  • Analytical, organization and problem-solving skills, which allows for strategic data interpretation, versus simple reporting.
