Position: Field Sales Representative, Seattle Washington market
The person selected must be self- motivated and aggressive in bringing on new business. The position requires reviews customer history and establish an improvement plan to meet the goals of the customer and company. The individual selected must excel in a rapid-growth, start up program.
Responsible for objectives: maintain and improve quotas and programs within their territory in conjunction with overall corporate goals. Seeks new business and follows up on possible leads. The person selected must communicate effectively with customers and staff maintaining that proper sales information is being communicated. Secure displays and new placement of product.
Service accounts and performs shelf improvements through additional facings and/or positioning of product. The job requires excellent presentation skills, must be able to use sales aids, using facts and figures to support our product. The employee must be able to listen to the customer’s needs, make changes when needed to improve the sales of product. Set up in store samplings and work trade show events.
Plans weekly/daily approach to territory with consideration toward overall corporate goals, objectives, quotas and programs.
Communicates with distributor reps and management often as needed.
Work alongside of distributor reps and or suppliers.
