Job Description
+ Be enthusiastic and make people root for you and the brand! Sample the product and win peoples’ hearts
+ Plan, execute, and attend events, often requiring weekend work (with Brand Ambassador and team staff,
as needed). Potentially travel and attend out-of-market events, but this should be more rare
+ Establish a clear and compelling strategy for creating authentic and memorable brand impressions in your
home territory
+ Manage event planning, including: operations plans, permitting, and vendor/contract negotiations
+ Evaluate future event opportunities and vet larger scale events + partnerships
+ Hire and train Brand Ambassador staff, and must have ability to manage hourly staff effectively
+ Manage to a tight budget and keep a goal of a high penetration of in-kind only events
+ Manage requests for in-kind and charitable donations
+ Identify influencers and key partners to help elevate consumer’s awareness of the RISE brand
+ Take photos and video content to share with the social media team to broadcast our events
+ Provide weekly/monthly activity reports recapping events executed and upcoming programs

+ Preferred: 1-3+ years experience in events and promotional work in the CPG industry
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, extremely organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a timely
manner, with minimal supervision
+ Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, customer focus, and drive for results
+ Proactive and resourceful self-starter with ability to own projects, build processes and meet deadlines
+ Capacity to be a natural host, a connector, maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively
+ Skilled negotiator and strategic thinker with the ability to vet and leverage marketing opportunities
+ Aptitude for imaginative and resourceful problem-solving on the fly
+ Ability to work well in both a team and autonomous environment and collaborate with others
+ Consumer-centric Marketer who can identify relevant consumer insights, effectively coach creative
development, is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on change within a fast-paced environment
