We are hiring a Director of Sales ~ National Accounts, Conventional Channels. This position is for the Central and SW region. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Director of Sales provides leadership and direction with our National Accounts. As Humm’s senior sales person in this channel you will be responsible for achievement of profitable sales goals, and for aligning sales objectives with our overall business goals and culture.

You will work as a teammate with the VP of Sales and our sales team to provide leadership and influence for the entire sales department and will drive cross-functional departmental communication and work to ensure sales goals are met. Day to day a few of the major areas of responsibility will are managing direct relationships with buyers and brokers, manage sales strategy & trade spend, be responsible for bottom up forecasting for this line of business, attend trade shows and collaborate cross functionally at Humm. If you have 8+ years of experience in a growing CPG brand, we'd love to hear from you!
