14th Star Brewing Company is looking for a self-motivated sales representative to grow our business in the NYC Metro and Connecticut territory. The sales representative will be the primary contact with established wholesalers by growing existing retail accounts and opening new accounts. This individual will have industry experience and be considered the face of 14th Star Brewing Company through events such as tasting events, direct sales, accompanying distributor representatives and social media.



  • Growing 14th Star business accounts
  • Primary contact with wholesalers by growing existing accounts and opening new accounts
  • Growing brand presence within our current territory and existing accounts
  • Developing new customer accounts and new points of distribution



  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales and management is desired
  • 2+ years of experience in the craft beer industry or 3+ years of sales and marketing experience
  • Reside in the territory with a reliable car
  • Knowledge of craft beer and a desire to do good works in the community
  • Must have high energy and be very self-motivated
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to create positive relationships with others
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Ability to meet deadlines and shift focus quickly
  • Be a team player and a community advocate
