SoCal/ Southwest Regional Sales Manager Job Description

The role of Regional Sales Manager with KOR Shots is a role held by a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position you are required to meet sales targets both individually and as a team.   The role requires drive, enthusiasm and passion for KOR Shots and sales.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

       Sales

  • Sell product by building, maintaining, and effectively managing a healthy sales pipeline through brokers, your team, as well as through own work
  • Own and hit/exceed set sales targets within assigned territory
  • Dedicate over 80% of time, focus and efforts towards achieving personal and team sales goals
  • Build promotional programs that meet the company direction
  • Travel to customer locations to complete sales calls as required
  • Attend trade shows as required

     

    Relationship building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Seek out new customers & develops a relationship with them

     

    Management of others

  • Lead and manage regional KOR Shots team
  • Lead and manage regional distributors
  • Lead and manage brokers
  • Lead and manage merchandising teams

     

     

    Other

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Work any day of the week as required

 

Qualifications/ Skills:

-        Sales skills a must

-        Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

-        Experience leading a direct team preferred

-        Presentation skills

-        Identifying and selling to customer needs

-        Demonstrate motivation for sales

-        Building relationships

-        Market knowledge

-        Computer skills

-        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-        Ability to receive feedback

 

Requirements/Experience:

-        The candidate must live in Los Angeles or within reasonable reach this is a field position that requires stores visits with ground team. This is non- negotiable. 

-        Enthusiastic and passionate about KOR Shots

-        Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

-        Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

-        Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of the brand and its products

-        Proven ability to position products against competitors

-        Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

-        Excellent verbal and written communications skills
