Job Description:The Sales Representative is an account-level salesperson focused on growing Lone River’s business in the Texas market. This position requires flexible hours, daily travel (some overnight), and frequent weekend events. The position will be a focus on the Off-Premise though On-Premise work will be involved. This will be a new state launch so looking for a sales team that can get in on day 1 and grow the market. Market work will be 80% Off Prem and 20% On-Prem. Day will consist of account visits, distributor work with's, store samplings and beer festivals-conventions when they are in your market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with local distributors to increase points of distribution and brand awareness.
- Motivate distributor sales force to achieve sales objectives
- Regular market ride’s with wholesaler representatives.
- Visit and maintain contact with top retailers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to two years malt beverage or spirits experience, preferably with at least one year at a beer-spirits beverage distributor or have worked at a Brewery.
- Experience with VIP preferred.
- Understands the 3 Tier system
- Owns a car and the ability to travel as required.
- Able to travel overnight and work weekends.
- Must be 21+.
