OLIPOP is looking for a dynamic, passionate, resourceful and highly motivated person to join the team as our E-commerce Manager. In this role you will optimize the impact of our consumer and wholesale channels, develop strategic marketing plans, and work with internal and external parties to be successful. This role will suit an individual who enjoys working with a range of creative people, is highly analytical and strategic, enjoys problem solving, and has a resilience to never give up and deliver in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
Manage consumer and wholesale channels- review updates, monitor site traffic, new pages, new products, promotions and more.
Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
Collaborate with web development and creative agencies to develop and optimize the website as needed.
Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure e-commerce efforts align with overall sales and marketing goals.
Organizing and developing website marketing plans based on the company’s objectives, then executing on plans.
Research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them in order to maximize search engine traffic, and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze sales on a daily/weekly basis, perform A/B testing, analyze paid media and report results monthly.
Support the delivery of the newsletter and manage email marketing campaigns (eCRM). Analyze performance.
Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
3+ years experience managing websites and online sales platforms.
Experience with Shopify management preferred.
Ability to apply data-driven thinking to creative conversations.
Ability to analyze data and elevate key insights to various internal audiences (ranging from marketing teams to leadership).
Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable in a data-driven business environment.
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
