Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to all customers
  • Provide customers with equipment product knowledge
  • Ability to assist customers and answer their questions
  • Use selling and product knowledge skills to make “add on” suggestions to customers
  • Familiar with online promotions and weekly emails so that you can assist customers with their orders and questions
  • Use ordering management software to process customer orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Engage positively with recurring order customers
  • Demonstrate positive and effective communication with customers, co-workers and managers
  • Adhere to employee guidelines and employee performance standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • Strong telephone and customer service skills
  • A passion for coffee and tea and a willingness to share it with customers
  • Selling skills and the ability to make product suggestions to customers
  • Ability to accurately type 30 words per minute and effectively resolve issues with customers in written communication.
  • The ability to learn systems and processes quickly
  • Team-oriented and collaborative attitude
  • Previous call center/customer service/sales experience preferred
  • General Office Duties: Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to establish priorities, organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to successfully operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity
  • Enthusiastic desire and ability to learn and rapidly apply that information
  • Cooperative participant – must be able to join the “team” atmosphere
