Job Purpose:

Vertical Distilling is a fully licensed distillery and wine plant that provides co-packing services to brand owners for canned cocktails across the US.  We are looking for candidates who share our vision and are able to lead our blending and packaging operation.  This person will be responsible for directing, overseeing and developing the blending, proofing, gauging of alcohol for canned cocktail creations, along with managing the team dedicated to production.  The person will also oversee processes and procedures including inventory management, purchasing, reporting, development and shipping of raw materials and finished products. This is a full-time, salaried position located in Longmont Colorado.

  • Manage production schedules, inventory, reporting, budgeting and forecasts
  • Shipping and receiving of all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Inventory management through physical and software application
  • Blending / proofing / gauging of alcohol
  • Formula and COLA submittals
  • TTB reporting

      Requirements:

       

    • 5 years professional co-packing experience
    • Production leadership track record of successful staff management
    • Solid background in SOP
    • Experience with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP)
    • Knowledge of FDA requirements
