We are currently looking to hire 2 sales reps, an offsite and an on-site for the New York City area. Our brewery is going through a massive expansion and we need qualified individuals to join our team. You must be innovative, ambitious & self driven. The passion and knowledge for craft beer is a MUST. We will be adding spirits to our portfolio in the coming weeks so the earnings potential is tremendous.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must have a reliable car and be able to navigate the 5 boroughs
  • Solicit new on premise accounts opportunities for our beer portfolio 
  • Plan and execute regular account/market visits and ride alongs with distributor partner sales reps
  • Meet/exceed sales goals set for assigned territory
  • Display excellent time management
  • High level of "attention to detail"
  • Able to manage and effectively execute POS within accounts 
  • Embrace and communicate company culture
  • Follow up, followup, follow up
  • Coordinate and execute weekly events and tastings

Education & Experience

  • College Degree preferred
  • 2 years + sales experience in the beer/Spirits beverage industry a MUST
  • Clean driving record
  • Must have a reliable car that can be used for travel to accounts within territory
  • General interest/enthusiasm in the craft beer industry a MUST
  • Thorough understanding of the three-tier system
  • Result driven, energetic, confident personally
  • Strong self-starter with track record of success in a highly self-directed environment
