Area Sales Manager (Central Coast)

CLEAN Cause is a fast growing Austin based beverage company with a social impact component. 50% of profits support recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.

The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships for a growth-oriented sales strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage CLEAN Cause products in an assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers
  • Sell, deliver and merchandise product on shelves, in coolers and on displays
  • Practice proper product rotation to ensure CLEAN Cause product is always fresh
  • Provide additional service as requested by the customer
  • Complete end of day paperwork, reconcile truck inventories and bank deposits on a daily basis
  • Load truck with adequate levels of product and POS on a daily basis
  • Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) focused on sales, distribution and execution
  • Perform duties under minimal supervision
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST live in the Oxnard area
  • 21 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record that meets DOT driving standards 
  • Must successfully pass drug test, background check and functional abilities test
  • Positive Attitude
  • Responsible and Reliable
  • Must have or obtain DOT Medical Card prior to start date
  • Physical strength. Must be able to consistently lift 20-50lbs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales and delivery experience, especially in the beverage industry

  • Customer Service (e.g., resolving customer issues, ensuring appropriate communication with store managers, following through on customer requests, etc.)

Compensation: $16-20/hour with up to 10 hours overtime likely per week; eligible for monthly commission up to $1,500 based on performance
