If you want to make waves in the innovative Hard Kombucha category, we are seeking a high energy, passionate Territory Manager to represent BOOCHCRAFT. We are a rapidly growing kombucha brewery and we provide significant opportunity for growth and development. Our territory managers are tasked with tackling the unique challenges of building a new category from the ground up out in the field. While you will wear many hats, this role is a balance between road warrior and rainmaker. Responsibilities: 

Represent the Boochcraft brand in the territory.

Maintain and cultivate relationships with retail buyers, distributor reps and brand partners.

Collaborate and communicate with distributor reps to ensure follow-through on a daily basis.

Motivate distributor sales teams to prioritize the brand in their portfolio.

Identify opportunities and present products to new and existing accounts.

Manage account base with regular visits and a focus on the off-premise segment.

Manage chain stores in the territory in coordination with National Accounts directives and programming.

Execute sell-through with demos and merchandising programs to increase sampling. Review sales reports and track performance against goals.

Create a monthly schedule, set up appointments, and build weekly visit plans.

Resolve account and distributor issues quickly and professionally.

Accurately track and submit all territory expenses. Keep diligent records of all of trade activity in CRM.

Other relevant duties as assigned by the sales manager.

Qualifications: 

4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Beverage, grocery or service industry experience preferred. Strong computer skills, mastery of GSuite/Office Suite, and tech savvyClean driving record with a current and Valid Driver’s License. Must be able to lift and move 60 lbs safely. Must live within or be willing to relocate to territory

Details: 

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager. Location: Work from home/road. Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary, commission, and opportunities for performance bonuses. Benefits: Movement reimbursement, Health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
