Founded in 2018, The Naked Market is a new age food and beverage CPG startup. We care deeply about health and nutrition and firmly believe that the current offerings in the consumer packaged food space are not nearly sufficient enough to satiate the demand from consumers for healthy, nutritious alternatives.

To capitalize on this opportunity, we have built an omni-channel (sell online & offline) food & beverage platform that creates & launches health oriented brands/products across a variety of categories. We pride ourselves on embracing our direct relationship with consumers & having the infrastructure to quickly bring them the trending products they are looking for. We currently own three brands including: Flock Chicken Chips, Avo Crazy Avocado Puffs, Project Breakfast, and have several others we will be launching. Most importantly, each of our brands is aligned with a meaningful cause or charity.

Want to help transform the healthy snacking industry? Our team is looking for an experienced, hard-working Operations Associate to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The position will oversee and ensure that the day-to-day needs of the business are met with a focus on customer service. Including responsibility for customer service channels (Facebook, Instagram, email, etc) project management, production, QA, supply chain, resource coordination, and client onboarding. 

This role is based in our San Francisco office and will be working closely with all internal parties (graphic design, strategy, finance and marketing). An ideal candidate will have strong operational intelligence and will play a critical role in driving growth of the business. As an associate, you’ll be a role model for rolling your sleeves up and getting things done!


  • Create a customer service strategy that aligns with each brand's needs

  • Oversee the day-to-day needs of the business are met

  • Ad-hoc reporting, both customer service related metrics and others

  • Coordinate production & delivery logistics (i.e. ingredient ordering, shipping, etc.)

  • Manage the client onboarding process (i.e. distributors, manufacturers, offline retail partners)

  • Set vision for Operations at The Naked Market by rolling your sleeves up and getting things done


  • Have at least 1-3 years of working experience (ideally F&B or Consumer); Operations, Consulting or Finance experience required

  • Have exceptional communication skills - you are proactive, organized, clear, and action-oriented

  • Excited about customer service

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
