Growth Marketing Manager 

  • Leadership of paid digital programming, including:
    • Create strategic framework, channel-relevant content and activation strategy across 2021+
    • Develop highly relevant, breakthrough content to match millennial consumer interests, in conjunction with Deep’s brand voice. Be a great storyteller!
    • Identify channels to best support growth opportunities for a trending, high growth, experiential cuisine, and a brand which boasts ‘authentic’, ‘better-for-you’ and ‘always made from scratch’ credentials
    • Collaborate with organic content marketing team to ensure all messaging ladders to brand communication objectives and overall content strategy
  • Assess campaign performance and develop accompanying insights into performance vs. targets
    • Ability to offer recommendations to revise activations mid-event to improve or lean into trajectories
    • Develop and refine processes, targets and key metrics
  • Lead email marketing & reviews strategy, leveraging DTC-generated audience
  • Comfortable in both excel-led and creative-led environments. You can wear both hats and enjoy it!
