Conveniently adjacent to Fine Wine and Good Spirits at Columbus Blvd. and Snyder Ave, The Beer Peddlers is your one-stop-shop in South Philadelphia! Our business is based on customer service and product knowledge. Although we have a fun and relaxed work environment, our store front and wholesale business are very busy. You will be working with others who love beer, as well as talking beer with some of the best customers in the business.

-Qualifications

**Knowledge of Craft & Imported/Domestic Beer Styles and Brands encouraged but willingness to learn is more important.**

**Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays**

Must have basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Must be able to learn and use the POS system.

Be able to repeatedly lift 25 to 35 lbs above head or from side to side

Have good math skills and be trustworthy

Energetic and positive attitude and enjoys interacting with customers

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic

All around good person!!!!

-Duties and responsibilities

Operate a POS register system for beer and other product sales

Interact with customers and recommend products

Demonstrate knowledge of store products and use this knowledge to build sales

Prepares and maintains merchandise displays

Rotate and stock beer

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual product display

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of integrity, quality and timeliness

Again, must be available nights, weekends and holidays.
