National Sales Account Manager - Remote

Our products are currently sold online via our company-owned ecommerce store as well as Amazon,, and other leading marketplaces. Additionally, our products are currently available in over 8500 retail locations throughout the US.

In just two years, we have become the #1 selling cereal brand in our sub-category in a major national retailer and have expanded our distribution to all 50 states.

Through your work, you’ll be helping millions of people eat healthier, reduce their addiction to high-sugar products, and be part of a team that is quickly gaining recognition as one of the top emerging brands in the industry. 

You will be joining veteran team members who have previously worked at companies such as Enjoy Life, Simple Mills, Lily’s and Wholesome Sweeteners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Joining our National Sales Director, you will manage select retail, wholesale and distributor accounts located throughout the US, both in the natural and conventional channels

  • Travel to buyer meetings to present our brand and product portfolio in person (when travel begins again)

  • Work with our national broker and distributor partners to secure and expand placements

  • Manage trade spend and negotiate promo deals with buyers and distributors

  • Build sales presentations and other sales materials in collaboration with our Marketing team

  • Report on sales performance monthly

  • Represent the company at pre-selected trade shows

  • Report to our National Sales Director

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience selling CPG products, ideally with experience working through KeHE and UNFI

  • Experience managing, optimizing and reporting against an annual trade-spend budget

  • Experience working for an emerging brand 

  • Experience personally managing food broker teams both on a regional and national basis

  • Experience introducing new products on a regional and national basis

  • Comfortable analyzing, understanding, and presenting syndicated data

  • Understands how to best take advantage of omni-channel opportunities in partnership with conventional retailers

  • Intelligently prioritizes larger accounts while also believing no account is too small

  • Consistently displays a positive, cooperative, self-motivated and professional attitude

  • Hard working, loves to hustle with a strong sense of urgency

  • Self-motivated, enjoys working remotely and independently
