National Sales Manager, E-Commerce & Omnichannel - Remote

Our products are currently sold online via our company-owned ecommerce store as well as Amazon,, and other leading marketplaces. Additionally, our products are currently available in over 8500 retail locations throughout the US.

As a leading food-tech company, we are backed by: (1) top Silicon Valley VCs like Sequoia Capital, (2) early investors in YouTube, PayPal, Instagram, Apple and Google and (3) leading CPG investors.

In just two years, we have become the #1 selling cereal brand in our sub-category in a major national retailer and have expanded our distribution to all 50 states. 

This is a unique opportunity to represent a brand that has introduced products with category leading flavor/texture/mouthfeel and an excellent data story. Through your work, you’ll be helping millions of people eat healthier, reduce their addiction to high-sugar products, and be part of a team that is quickly gaining recognition as one of the top emerging brands in the industry. 

You will be joining veteran team members who have previously worked at companies such as Enjoy Life, Simple Mills, Lily’s and Wholesome Sweeteners.


  • Manage all E-Commerce / E-Retail accounts including: (1) marketplaces (,, Thrive Market etc…), (2) grocery delivery services (Instacart, Shipt, etc…) and (3) curbside / click and collect programs (e.g. Kroger, Meijer Pickup) 

  • Develop account-specific strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals

  • Analyze promotional spend by account; make changes to promotional strategies based on findings

  • Develop sales forecasts and work with our Operations Team to ensure they are met

  • Manage agency partners for select accounts

  • Report on financial performance monthly

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at responsible accounts

  • Enroll the company in beta-programs at key accounts

  • Constantly experiment against assumptions to improve ROI and increase scale

  • Report to our Director of DTC/E-commerce with a dotted line to our President

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working with E-Commerce Retailers

  • Understands how to best take advantage of omni-channel opportunities in partnership with conventional retailers

  • Experience working for an emerging brand 

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry a plus

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Growth mindset with a focus on using continuous testing to optimize pack size, pricing, creative and spend

  • Hard working, loves to hustle with a strong sense of urgency

  • Self-motivated, enjoys working remotely and independently
