Regional Account Manager

ShineWater is looking for a Regional Account Manager to manage distribution, local/regional chains and personnel for ShineWater’s existing distribution states as well as the upcoming expansion in the regions.  RAM will build distributor relationships.  The ideal candidate understands the ShineWater brand, is outgoing, highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and can encourage others to excel through positive reinforcement. 

  • Conduct quarterly business and planning reviews with each distribution facility managed

  • Lead team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and merchandising objectives

  • Create and implement pricing and programming to drive sales

  • Work with marketing team to harmonize sales and marketing objectives

  • Publicly speak / represent at distributor and retailer meetings, trade shows, trainings, speaking engagements and promotional events

  • Use CRM and other organizational tools

  • Manage team expenses to budget by territory

  • Present updates to Director of Sales


  • Three (3) years experience in the beverage industry preferred

  • Must be proficient in current software for office and online marketing

  • Familiarization with VIP, Micro Strategies, Diver or other distributor reporting systems

  • Prior team management experience preferred
