ShineWater is looking for a Director of Sales to manage distribution, local/regional chains and personnel for ShineWater’s existing distribution as well as the upcoming expansion in the region.  DOS will build distributor relationships, harmonize the sales team within the region, project sales, project sales volume revenue and work to attain those goals.  The ideal candidate understands the ShineWater brand, is outgoing, highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and can encourage others to excel through positive reinforcement. 

Job Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Lead a team of Regional Account and Brand Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Conduct quarterly business and planning reviews with each distribution facility managed
  • Lead team to meet monthly, quarterly merchandising objectives
  • Create and implement pricing and programming to drive sales
  • Work with marketing team to harmonize sales and marketing objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key retailers, local chains and distributors
  • Publicly speak / represent at distributor and retailer meetings, trade shows, trainings, speaking engagements and promotional events
  • Use CRM and other organizational tools
  • Manage team expenses to budget by territory
  • Present updates to Chief Operating Officer


  • Five (5) years experience in the beverage industry preferred
  • Must be proficient in current software for office and online marketing
  • Familiarization with VIP, Micro Strategies, Diver or other distributor reporting systemsPrior team management experience preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to carry up to 50 lbs and operate a motor vehicle
  • Cultivate a team based culture and help out where needed
